The Atlantic Immigration Program is an employer-led program that seeks to bring candidates to the Atlantic region to fill job positions that Canadian citizens and permanent residents are not available for. Our firm can assist clients in obtaining a job offer from an employer who has been designated to make such an offer without requiring a Labour Market Impact Assessment.

The program operates three different programs, targeting various types of candidates.

• 1. The Atlantic High-Skilled Program is designed for skilled workers with management, professional, or technical/skilled job experience.
• 2. The Atlantic Intermediate-Skilled Program is aimed at candidates for jobs that require a high school education and/or job-specific training, and
• 3. the Atlantic International Graduate Program is for candidates with a degree, diploma, or other credentials from a publicly-funded institution in an Atlantic province.

Our firm can also help clients obtain a temporary work permit to allow them to start working while their application for permanent residence is being processed. Additionally, we provide Settlement Plans to assist candidates in settling in Canada by identifying specific resources and community support services that cater to their needs.

Provincial endorsement is required for every job offer made through the Atlantic Immigration Program, which we can assist with obtaining. We work closely with employers to handle the application for endorsement, and we do not recommend submitting a permanent residence application until receiving a Certificate of Endorsement.
